Jennifer McGrath is a former City Attorney with over twenty years experience in government and municipal law, ordinances, code enforcement, land use, public meetings, elections, business, and more. 

Ms. McGrath assists cannabis businesses in establishing themselves consistent with State and local law, including licensing, development agreements, building permits, zoning, land use, leases, regulatory compliance, voter initiatives, advocacy, business, litigation and administrative hearings.  She also assists Cities and Counties with marijuana policy issues and in the drafting of cannabis regulations and zoning laws to address the individual needs of their community.  Ms. McGrath is a graduate of University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law and UCLA.
