Steve is the founder and principal of the Law Office of Steven T. Auerbach in Narberth, Pennsylvania. Mr. Auerbach is in the general practice of law and concentrates the non-marijuana areas of his practice primarily in the areas of labor and employment litigation.
Mr. Auerbach is an accomplished negotiator and skilled trial lawyer. He has a solid record of turning challenging cases into success stories for his clients. Equally adept in court, arbitration, mediation or negotiation, Mr. Auerbach represents executives, professtionals, and individual employees in employment, business, and personal injury matters.
Mr. Auerbach entered the private practice of law in 2013 and has successfully represented individuals in a wide variety of contract, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge and bonus/commission cases. Many of his clients work in the financial, advertising, sales, and education industries and seek counsel regarding non-compete and non-solicit disputes.
Recently, Mr. Auerbach has been lead or co-counsel in several group action cases which have settled in the mid-6-figure range.
Mr. Auerbach also serves as the executive director of the Cannabis Growers Association of Pennsylvania and currently chairs a regulated substances group within the Commonwealth. In this capacity, Mr. Auerbach has assisted multiple State Senators in the shaping of their drug reform policies and has submitted proposed amendments, additions, and guidance to Senate Bill 1182 (“The Medical Cannabis Act”).
Mr. Auerbach has been asked to join Senator Folmer's Cannabis Advisory Pannel and to testify at a House Judiciary Hearing.
Mr. Auerbach is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and his J.D. from Duquesne University.
