He is an aggressive Criminal Trial Lawyer handling both State and Federal criminal cases with principal offices located in Fort Worth, Texas.  David Sloane has a 90% sucess rate in cased tried to verdict in Jury Trials. He aggressively asserts medical necessity and challenges unlawful police detentions and searches.  He has been recognized as a "Freedon Fighter" in an article by High Times Magazine.  He is an active member of American Trial Lawyer's Top 100 Trial Lawyers with a declared specialty in Criminal Law.  He is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, National Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and the State Bar College.  He has been a member of the National NORML Legislative Committee since 1997 and a sitting boardmember of DFW NORML since 2010.
