Biography
Jerry Salcido is relentless on prosecutors when it comes to marijuana laws because let's face it, the criminalization of marijuana is immoral.
Jerry graduated in the top of his class in 2004 from J. Reuben Clark Law School and has been a practicing attorney ever since. He started out working in the San Francisco Bay Area where he worked for the largest law firm in the world and remained there for a number of years. During his stint in the Bay Area Jerry was able to witneses first hand the benefits of a hands off approach to marijuana by law enforcement.
In 2009 Jerry and his brother Chris started Salcido Law Firm PLLC with eye toward protecting people against unjust laws, especially marijuana laws which take honest citizens and turns them into criminals.
Although fighting against an over intrusive and oppressive government has always been a strong interest for Jerry, he has made drug crimes one of his passions because of the damage the war on drugs has done to communities and families.
