Dave Rodman

Dave Rodman is a Colorado native and was lucky enough to grow up in Aspen. Mr. Rodman received a BA in History from Tufts University and spent a two years working for Merrill Lynch in New York.

Mr. Rodman received his JD from the Denver University Sturm College of Law in 2013. He completed the Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate Program at the same time, focusing on securities law, corporate law, and contract negotiation. During law school, he was the Articles Editor for The Race to the Bottom, which provides analysis of the laws and regulatory measures that govern American corporations. He was also the Senior Articles Editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

In his practice, Mr. Rodman applies his unique background in finance, securities, intellectual property, and corporate law to further his client’s business and regulatory needs. Mr. Rodman has provided counsel to a broad range of clients including small businesses, cannabis businesses, musicians, industrial hemp growers, and chefs, Mr. Rodman specializes in laws and regulations pertaining to industrial hemp.
