David Edelstein

David Edelstein began practicing criminal defense full-time in Miami in 1997 when he began his career at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office. Over the past 20 years, He has defended countless drug cases at the misdemeanor and felony level, from simple possession of marijuana to drug trafficking. In addition to defending drug crime cases, he regularly represents clients facing all types of criminal prosecution whether they be theft crimes, fraud crimes, sex crimes, or probation violations. He also regularly represents clients charged with misdemeanor crimes like shoplifting, petit theft, and domestic violence.
