James S Nelsen

James Nelsen, of Stowers & Nelsen, PLC, is dedicated primarily to the representation of persons accused of having committed a criminal offense. Licensed to practice in both State and Federal courts in Iowa, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Missouri, Mr. Nelsen is exprienced in the defense of controlled substance offenses involving allegations ranging from misdemeanor possession to alleged involvement at multiple levels in large scale drug organizations.
