Attorney Biography
Practice Areas:Mr. Platt's practice is focused on representing those charged with crimes in municipal, state and federal courts within the State of Kansas. Mr. Platt represents those charged with drug offenses, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and general criminal offenses. Mr. Platt also has much experience in dealing with related civil asset forfeiture proceedings.
Admissions:Mr. Platt was admitted to both the State Bar of Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas in 2006.
Education and Memberships:Jeremiah L. Platt is a 2001 graduate of Kansas State University. He then attended the Washburn University School of Law where he graduated with honors in 2006. Jeremy is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, NORML, Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Kansas Bar Association and the Riley County Bar Association, where he currently serves as the President-Elect.
