Johnn Osborn

Johnn Osborn, President of the Law Office of Johnn S.L. Osborn, PC, leads a diverse legal practice covering Cannabis law, Small Business, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense and Expungements, and select Land Use and Real Estate matters. His expertise and personalized solutions have earned him client trust and respect.

Johnn's public service includes roles as a Deputy District Attorney in Albuquerque (2019-2021), where he led initiatives like the Community Justice Initiative and LEAD, and as Chief Deputy District Attorney in Santa Fe (2017-2019), managing LEAD programs and the Intake Division. Active in the legal community, Johnn serves on the New Mexico Cannabis Law Section Board and co-chairs the New Mexico Bar Association Historical Committee. He has also been involved with the New Mexico Bar Ethics Committee and the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  Johnn holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas State University-San Marcos.
