We have extensive litigation experience in various criminal defense cases, specifically drug related charges, at both the trial and appeals court levels. We represent clients in both simple and complex cases. We have extensive experience with the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act and can help you with a diverse range of issues associated with your specific needs such as; starting and operating a legal medical marijuana business, working with government agencies, criminal defense, mediation and conflict resolution, patient/grower contracts and disputes, landlord/tenant housing, litigation and appeals, employment law, and family law.
