Joshua Marc Rudolph

Josh Rudolph is a creative problem solver who thrives in the dynamic legal environment. Mr. Rudolph focuses his career on criminal defense, corporate litigation and personal injury.

Known for his honesty and integrity, Mr. Rudolph prides himself on his ability to help clients navigate the complex legal world. He takes the time to get to know his clients, understand the challenges they face, and passionately fight for them. He always keeps this client’s best interest in mind even if it means a less favorable outcome for him or the firm.

As a skilled negotiator, he is equally comfortable at the negotiating table as in the courtroom. He is highly effective at developing creative case strategies and writing persuasive briefs and is uniquely able to quickly breakdown complex details into understandable terminology. He has proven success both in and out of the courtroom, having litigated numerous trials and evidentiary hearings while also being able to settle many difficult cases without having to enter the courtroom.

Beginning with attaining accreditation as an Emergency Medical Technician in High School, Mr. Rudolph has always shown a keen interest in medicine. After becoming an Attorney, Mr. Rudolph took numerous classes through the PA Bar’s Medicine for Lawyers Continuing Education Program. In 2019, Mr. Rudolph completed the requirements set forth to achieve a Certificate from the Bar for Medicine for Lawyers.

As an Attorney, Mr. Rudolph worked for a civil litigation firm in New Jersey and the Chester County DA’s office. These experiences provide him with the opportunity to understand the law from the eyes of a defense attorney and a prosecutor, both of which he continuously puts to use in his own firm as he represents his own clients.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Rudolph was a political strategist and business owner. As a political strategist, he worked with elected officials and major associations building political campaigns for national, state and local candidates. He also owned and operated a restaurant and nightclub in the Philadelphia suburbs.
